You are responsible for maintaining access to your TradingView account and for supplying the correct TradingView username when requesting indicator access.
3. Subscription Access
Your subscription grants you access to the Nexus Trend indicator suite for the billing period selected at checkout.
Access is provided for your own personal or internal trading use only and must not be shared, sublicensed, resold, copied or redistributed.
4. Payments and Renewals
Monthly and annual plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscription fees, taxes and any applicable charges.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact our support team within the applicable refund period and include your purchase details.
6. Acceptable Use

You must not claim Nexus Trend provides guaranteed profits, investment advice or broker services.

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You remain solely responsible for every trading decision and risk-management choice you make.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, indicator logic, layouts, copy and supporting materials remain the property of Nexus Trend unless otherwise stated.
No licence is granted to reproduce, resell, modify or distribute any part of the service except as required for normal personal use.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the website, support and indicator access available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Trend is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the website or indicators.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Nexus Trend in the 12 months preceding the claim.
